Vijana Uchumi Challenge Bootcamp 2026

The Vijana Uchumi Challenge Bootcamp brought together young innovators and entrepreneurs from different parts of Tanzania to strengthen their entrepreneurial skills and develop their business ideas. After being selected among the Top 100 participants out of 7,852 applicants, I had the opportunity to attend the bootcamp at Mwalimu Nyerere Leadership School in Kibaha. The programme included mentorship, pitching sessions, networking, and competitive evaluations conducted by experienced judges, including doctors and professors. Participants competed through successive selection stages, from the Top 100 to the Top 30 and ultimately the Top 10. I successfully secured a place among the Top 10 finalists, gaining valuable experience, confidence, and exposure while preparing for the grand final.
